Junior Church is held during the Sunday Parish Mass. It caters for both younger and older children.
An area within the church is set aside for use by young children and their parents. This allows small children to remain part of church worship while providing them with a safe area where they can be looked after by their parents.
During the sermon Junior Church members take part in their
own activities usually with separate groups for young and older children.
These are led by one or two of the band of Junior Church helpers.
On one Sunday each month a family service is held during which Junior Church is incorporated.
Members of Junior Church often prepare for Confirmation.
